[DSLR] Canon’s 70-200 f2.8 IS II Shortage

21 03 2010

Canon Japan has announced a shortage of it’s recently released EF 70-200 f2.8 L IS II USM lens. They are saying it’s because of higher than expected demand, and they are trying to boost supply to meet demand.

Canon must be doing very well in the DSLR market! With this kind of adoption rate of the new lens, I am sure the older generation’s second hand value will drop in this shortage is over. That’s my take 🙂
